Villa Verano is a recently renovated resort in Asprovalta, which is designed to offer low-cost and high quality vacations by the sea. It consists of three modern, spacious, fully equipped apartments and one studio, that can accommodate 4 to 6 person each and it is an ideal place for families and group of friends. It is located in Asprovalta, 80 km away from the city of Thessaloniki. Beach is only 1 minute’s walk from the apartments and 200m away is the village center. The sea is ideal for swimming as it is awarded with Blue Flag every year, since 1989. Close to the apartments there is also a public parking lot and sports facilities. All apartments are convenient, spacious, with large furnished balconies and view to the sea or the garden. The main advantage of the apartments is the privacy and tranquility, as each apartment’s private entrance and private balcony. Each apartment includes: air conditioning, heating, free WI-FI access, flat TV screen with satellite channels, hot water, hairdryer, white linen and towels, free toiletries, iron, baby cot, extra bed (on request). Breakfast is not included.
