Villa Rena

The Villa Rena is located in Batsi and has a garden, where there are tables with chairs and barbecue. All rooms and apartments, at both sides of the building, have balconies or verandas furnished with table and chairs. The complex is sunny and airy. The furniture and decoration are traditional but also give simplicity and comfort to the space. All rooms and apartments include comfortable beds (double or singles) with nightstand, lamp, wooden wardrobe, fully furnished kitchen and table with chairs. The floors are laid with stones of Karystos, famous worldwide for their high quality. The bathroom is also fully furnished with WC, shower, towels and other toiletry. All kitchens are made of wood and fully furnished with fridge, kitchenette with two hot plates, sink, kitchen boards, kitchen extractor, kitchenware and table with chairs. The complex is located in a quiet area, surrounded by fir and pine trees. The nature, the gorgeous view to the sea and the mountain offer a unique combination of calmness and relaxation to visitors. From our complex, you can also enjoy the magical sunset drinking coffee or tea. The main road and bus stop are found in the centre of the village and outside the apartments. In July and August, there are buses every hour. In low season, there are buses 5 or 6 times a day. The hotel is 200 meters from the center and 250 meters from the nearest beach. Facilities include air-conditioning, comfortable beds, WC with shower, hot water all day, hair dryer, safe box, fully furnished kitchen, balcony, parking space, barbeque, large table with chairs at the garden, pool, bar and Internet. The complex has 13 apartments. In particular, there are rooms for 2 people with double bed or two single beds; rooms for 3 people with 1 double bed and 1 single bed; apartments with 2 bedrooms, one bedroom has double bed and the other 2 single beds; and maisonettes for 5 people with 5 single beds that can’t as double. Spacious apartment at the rear of the building, with private bedroom, double bed, wardrobe, living room with sofa that opens to double bed, kitchen and WC with shower. This apartment can host 4 people and has a veranda with view to the mountainside and the sunrise.
