It consists of 3 villa-houses and 3 apartments in a location of 3.2 acres. Villa Roula is an 80 square meters 3-room apartment which consists of 2 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 5 persons. Villa Marika is a 70 square meters 3-room apartment which consists of 2 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 5 persons. Villa Christina is a 35 square meters 2-room apartment which consists of 1 bedroom that can accommodate up to 3 persons. Marina 1, Marina 2, Marina 3, are 55 square meters identical 3-room apartments which each consist of 2 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 5 persons. The apartments are elevated in front of the swimming pool with panoramic view. At the cluster, there is a big swimming pool with children’s pool area; there is also a pool-bar with free Wi-Fi Internet, a playground, a small basket court, a billiards table, a soccer table and free parking facilities.
