The luxurious, 4 bedroom Villa boasts a perfect location, 5km to the Chania International Airport and just a one minute walk (40 meters) from the sandy beach of the natural bay of Tersanas, on the Akrotiri peninsula in NW Crete, 16 km east of the cosmopolitan city of Chania. On the edge of the beach there is a cantina bar, where sun loungers and umbrellas are provided and on the other side a beautiful tavern with magnificent view of the bay. On the top of the hill just 1 km from the villa there are local cuisine restaurants, super and mini markets, car rentals, bus to the city service, etc. 2 km away there is spa and massage facility. A small chapel is available across the street; ideal for weddings and baptisms. In the nearby village there is also a Christian Orthodox Church with Sunday service and a little further the historical, 16th century, Agia Triada Monastery. The villa is located only 16 km away from the glorious Venetian Port of Chania, the so-called Venice’.
