South Aegean Islands. Among the islands of Greece, the South Aegean Islands look dry and barren but amazing delicacies come from them. At Maxim we support small cheese producers whose gravieras and fresh cheeses don’t travel beyond our shores. At Maxim we offer unique gastronomic experiences combined with wonderful sausages and preserved meats, sundried tomatoes, capers and almond-paste confections. If you visit us at Karpathos Town (Pigadia), Greece perhaps you will see octopus hanging out to dry, like bizarre laundry in order to establish the highest culinary standards for this traditional dish. In Maxim you can also try some charcoal grilled, with a bowl of pungent kopanisti cheese, some fava (split yellow pea) puree, tomato or courgette fritters and mild summer greens and you won’t want anything more. Especially if you have bottle of Santorini’s white assyrtiko or red mavrotragano at your side. Our cuisine: Seafood, Mediterranean, Greek | Our Location: Dodecanese, South Aegean

Peloponnese. The gastronomy in Peloponnese is inextricably linked with its cultural elements and reveals its quality characteristics, the lifestyle of the residents and the traditions. In Panorama, the cuisine is as abundant as its nature, and a tour in search of local delicacies and products is a charming part of the journey. The high-grade Greek olive oil, which accompanies in abundance almost all Greek dishes giving them a rich flavor and aroma is the most distinguished characteristic of cuisine. In Panorama you can experience a variety of traditional and modern dishes in one sitting. Some of the best meals here are those made in one pot, deliciously unctuous stews of dried beans and greens, of chicken slowly cooked in a hearty sauce made up of nothing more than onions, local feta (a PDO cheese), and copious amounts of both onions and olive oil. Visit Panorama, at Panoramatos, Kato Achaia 250 02, Peleponesse, Greece to discover the fascinating gastronomy of Peloponnese and let Panorama take you on a culinary trip with a fascinating exploration of tastes and traditional recipes that have been salvaged and enriched over the years.
