Just down the famous Meteora Monasteries, in the old neighborhood of Kastraki, behind St. Paul’s Church, Thalia Rooms Guesthouse welcomes you within an exceptional framework. Magically situated, at the center of Kastraki village, 100m (328ft) from the village’s central square, the house at the foot of the mountain rocks, carefully restored according to traditional architecture, offers its guests an incredible view of the Meteora rocks. Our guesthouse serves as an ideal base for you, to visit both the archaeological sites of Northern Greece and the Meteora site included on the UNESCO World Heritage List. We also provides climbing activities, hiking, cycling and skiing, all accompanied by a professional guide (Hellenic Mountain Guides Association). Thalia Rooms Guesthouse has been entirely renovated. Three fully equipped and air-conditioned bedrooms are at your disposal, all of which contain, LCD TV, safe, free WiFi access, fridge and electric heating for the winter. Each room has a private bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries. All rooms are non-smoking. A fully equipped kitchen is also at your disposal, together with a washing-machine. The guesthouse can also be booked as a whole and accommodate from 5 to 6 persons very comfortably.
