Kefalos Villa

The complex consists of two newly build autonomous two storey villas with a total surface of 150sq.m. with private pool 40 sq.m. each and of one ground floor traditional building for the promotion of alternative tourism (rent-a-bike office). The location where we are, is 5km away from the capital city of Argostoli (that is very close to the most beautiful and popular beaches of the island), in a spot between the mountain part of the island and the coastal locations with unique view to the Ionian Sea. It’s in the centre of the island, thus making every excursion to the most distant part of it, very easy… Every villa is autonomous with independent outer entrance, privacy and all the necessary for a pleasant and comfortable vacation. The construction is based on rock, wood and tiles combining the traditional architecture with the modern element of well being. The place is surrounded by century old olive trees and green gardens. The water element completes the relaxation and the independency of your vacation. The excursions by bike can help you learn more about the majestic scenery of nature. Every villa is suitable for couples, families and party of 6-9 persons. Ground floor: Living room – Kitchen, one bedroom with bathroom (disabled friendly) and closed door garage. First floor: 2 spacious bedrooms with two en-suite bathrooms (inside the bedrooms) and verandas. (every bedroom has it’s own separate veranda) Near: restaurant in the nearby village (withing walking distance), taverna-grill house (less than 50meters away), mini market (less than 30 meters), bus stop nearby, petrol station (about 150 metres),airport 15 min., port of Sami 15 min, Argostoli 5-6km,rent-a-bike office (nearby).
